Polycom HDX8000 and Lync Online Meeting  Issue

Hello Experts,

I am configured Lync 2010 to integrate with HDX8000. I have the the SIP registration working and can connect without issue. I have also got the RTV/CCCP Licence and has been enabled. This is all working as expected.

The next step was the Calendaring functionality. This has also been configured and is talking to the resource mailbox.

The Issue:

When I go the Polycom Unit and access the calendar, click on Join Now I receive an error

No more sites can be added because the meeting is full

I would truly appreciate any help and suggestions.

Hi,Samirshk88,

I am afraid I have no experience in Lync and Polycom HDX 8000 integration, per my search, there are some other people encountered the same error message as you but without exact solution.Base on this, here are some suggestions:

1)Please make sure you have use the latest software version for your HDX 8000.

2)Please enable Lync server logging and Device logging to get more specific information for troubleshooting.

3)Since this issue involves in Polycom devices,I suggest you also post the question in Polycom official support forum for more professional help.

Sorry for no more help.

Regards,

Sharon

Hi, I notice you posted this item to a number of different forums, with no success.  Did you able to get it resolved afterward.  We have the same error.

What was the solution from http://www.experts-exchange.com/Microsoft/Server_Applications/Q_28118387.html
